The departments of services, infrastructure and legal-labor of Movelsul Brasil are providing training courses to the teams that will work during the fair from March 24-28. Meetings with representatives of the food industry have already been held, and the event was presented to representatives of hotels and restaurants in Bento Gonçalves, through the Tourist Trade. Last Wednesday, March 12, a training course was offered to approximately 150 people who work in the following fields: reception, registration, cleaning, security in addition to taxi drivers.
According to the Director of Services of Movelsul, Paulo Silva, being successful means to exceed the expectations of exhibitors and visitors inside and outside Parque de Eventos. In his welcome speech, the director said that without the contribution of all teams including providers of food, parking, security and taxi drivers that have worked for Movelsul, the fair might never have reached the position of world prominence it has today. "Over almost 40 years, each person has given his/her contribution and dedication to the fair."
Movelsul Brasil 2014 expects more than 35,000 visitors – retailers, importers, designers, architects, construction professionals, students and journalists. Ten days before the opening of the show, more than three thousand professionals hired by the exhibitors have already started installing the booths. During the event, the infrastructure and services providers will wear a uniform and will be properly identified. The fair will have bilingual receptionists in several point of the exhibit floor to receive foreign visitors.
