Creator of the site shows how to stay away from the ranking of claims
Locating the bottlenecks of the furniture industry and how companies can work with consumers were two of the topics discussed during the meeting of the furniture industry businessmen with the CEO of the Reclame Aqui (Complain Here) website, Mauricio Vargas, on Friday, March 28, at Movelsul Brasil 2014. Promoted by Sindmóveis in partnership with Movergs, the initiative is part of an action plan developed by Comitê Moveleiro of Bento Gonçalves, established in 2012 to debate issues related to the market share of furniture developed in projects.
More than a communication channel between a customer and a company, Reclame Aqui is a showcase for different areas of consumption. According to Vargas, approximately 90% of the searches are made to access the reputation of a brand. Last year alone, 5 million complaints were made to the portal. "There is no use advertising if the company is not organized," says Vargas. For the CEO, manufacturing companies must undergo a process of acculturation. "Isn’t it better to keep a buyer than win a new one? A well-served customer is a loyal customer," he says.
Having been on business for 12 years, Reclame Aqui has 70,000 registered companies, reaching 11.7 million accesses per month. The brand has just launched its mobile application program. In 10 days, 52,000 downloads were made.
